Apple starts testing end-to-end encrypted RCS messages on iPhone - The Verge

Apple is testing end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) RCS messages with the iOS 26.4 first beta. When officially released, the feature will let iPhone and Android users send cross-platform encrypted messages.
